Warranty Repairs
The benefit given by the warranty is in addition to other rights and remedies you, the consumer, may have under the law in relation to the product to which this warranty relates. All claims for warranty repair must be accompanied by a proof of purchase.
Certain parts that are deemed to be consumable items within a tool are not covered under warranty.
These generally include:
- Filters, gaskets and seals
- Backing pads and shrouds
- Bearings Brushes
- Rotor blades
- Springs
- Hammer pins and anvils
- Cutting edges
In addition to general wear and tear, physical damage, misuse, improper maintenance, tool modification etc.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Sending a tool in for Service, Warranty or Repair
Workquip operates its own service department and has relationships with several approved warranty repairers. Prior to sending a tool to Workquip for service or repair please register it online via the below link.
1. Please package to the tool carefully so that no addition damage may occur during shipping.
2. Clearly label to tool so that we know who it belongs to.
3. When filling in the online registration (above link) please include as much detail as possible to help up quickly diagnose the problem. We often receive tools with no information about the issues customers are having with the tool and the issues are not immediately obvious. The more information you can provide, the quicker we can fix the problem.
